	Use of the Sittin' Turkey™ Steamer is the same as with the Sittin' Chicken Steamer. Start out with a thawed turkey up to 18 pounds in weight.
	Season or marinade your turkey
	To create unique flavors, the Sittin' Turkey™ Steamer is designed to hold all the ingredients you need. For example; you could pour in a little wine, drop in a stick of butter, add some fruit, and or vegetables, and a little oil; no mixing or stirring.
	Place your turkey on top of the Sittin' Turkey™ Steamer,
	Place the Sittin' Turkey™ Steamer on the grill or in the oven, spread the legs out, so the turkey looks like it is just sitting there. As the Sittin' Turkey™ Steamer heats up, all the ingredients will blend together, and the steam will force all the flavors from the Sittin' Turkey™ Steamer into every ounce of the turkey.
	In as little 25 minutes cooking time per pound of turkey you will be enjoying the best, crispy, moist, and savory turkey you have ever tasted.
