Specially formulated for Brisket but is good on all types of meat.

Easy to use, you just slightly dampen your Brisket and rub thoroughly on all sides with generous amounts of Cook's Choice® Brisket Rub.

For best results refrigerate brisket overnight for full flavor development and tenderization. Bake covered in oven for 6 hours at 225° F or barbecue over low fire 8-12 hours or until tender.

Our Brisket Rub can be used on any type of meat, poultry, or fish.
