You place a whole chicken over a large filled beer can, and place it on the grill, or in an oven. Steam is created as the beer inside the can heats up.

The steam keeps the inside of the chicken moist, while the surrounding heat creates a nice texture on the outside of the chicken.

When the chicken is fully cooked you remove it from the beer can, and your ready to eat.

Being wider at the bottom than the top, the Sittin' Chicken™ Steamer is stable enough to hold a four pound chicken. You never have to worry about your chicken falling over or sliding down directly onto the grill.

Safe from harmful toxins:
The outer surface is free of all heat producing toxins. There is nothing to heat up and melt away only to be carried off by the steam into your chicken.

No Beer; No Problem:
The Sittin' Chicken™ Steamer is designed with a wide opening at the top along with 4 steam ports along the lip. This allows you to fill the hollow shaft with all your favorite fruits, vegetables, sauces, and even wine.

As the Sittin' Chicken™ Steamer heats up and the liquid of your choice turns to steam all the flavors you have mixed together are evenly cooked throughout your chicken.

Clean up is a breeze:
Because of the Sittin' Chicken™ Steamers Patent Pending design it only takes about an hour for a 2 pound chicken (at 250 to 275 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes per pound or until juices run clear) to be ready for serving.

You simply lift the chicken off the steamer and place it on a platter.

I received mine Cookers a few weeks ago and my chicken in the oven was GREAT, so I ordered 2 more for friends they loved them. We made 2 chickens on the grill and it was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend these cookers and you can't beat the price anywhere (believe me I've looked). Make sure you spray non stick spray and the chicken/turkey will just slide off.

I can't believe how well these work! I got mine the other day and used it last night. I'm known for serving juicy, flavorful chickens but this makes it so, so, so much easier!!!! I'm ordering more sets to give as gifts- what a great price and for both sizes!

For anyone who cooks at least a little, this is the greatest product - it is so easy and the chicken is absolutely delicious. I have a Ronco rotisserie which the chicken comes out delicious however there is quite a bit of cleanup compared to the sittin'' chicken. The price is fantastic - just received last week and have used already twice. Can't go wrong on this one.

Whenever I made beer can chicken, the chicken always stuck to the can. I had to make sure I had someone near, to hold the beer can as I pulled off the chicken. Problem solved "Cook's Choice Sittin Chicken!" I sprayed it with Pam, when the chicken was done, it slipped off so easily. It comes out juicy and moist, and the skin is nice and crispy. And.....clean-ups a breeze, just empty out the beer and put the Sittin Chicken in the dishwasher.
