Using The Better Baker™

What is the Better Baker?
The best way I know of to describe the Better Baker is like this ... the Better Baker is a muffin pan on steroids. You can bake with it to make muffins, biscuits, cakes, brownies, bread, and almost anything made of dough that will rise. In addition you can bake with it to make a wide variety of meat dishes. You can also create fun deserts and appetizer such as jello, ice bowls, and shrimp cocktail to name a few.
The best part is that you can use both sides of the Better Baker. The reverse side is used to create tarts and the like.
How do you use it?
Here is where people get confused because there is no other product on the market like it. Because of this, it is believed the Better Baker can only be used for certain dishes and must be used in some mysterious manner.
Nothing quit so fancy as all that. Actually you bake a recipe using the Better Baker much like you would any other cake or muffin pan. Follow the directions of any recipe from any cookbook, recipe site, or boxed mix suitable for the Better Baker including the cooking time and temperature. There are only a few things to keep in mind.
(1)You have to spray the bowls on the Better Baker with a non-stick coating
-----------------------------
(2) For any dish that will rise such as cakes and breads, do not fill above the fill line. It is marked on the inside of each bowl.
-----------------------------
(3) For any dish that does not rise such as meatloaf, fill just below the top of the bowl.
-----------------------------
(4) Allow to cool when you remove it from the oven until you can safely touch it with your hands, then flip it over and gently tap, and maybe a little shake or two to help the edible bowls gently pop out onto a flat surface.
-----------------------------
(5) Don't try to cook something like a stew inside an edible bowl at the same time you are creating the bowl. Bake the edible bowl in the oven, cook the stew on the stove. Cool and remove the bowls before adding the stew in the center of the bowl. That is a perfect example of what you would use the front side of the Better Baker for. Don't need a whole in the middle of your edible bow, use the reverse side.
How much mix do you use?
One cake mix box will fill all six bowls on a 3 inch Better Baker and both bowls on a 5 inch Better Baker. Baking and cooking is not an exact science, there is some wiggle room with every recipe for you to use your own imagination, your own judgment and create something that is uniquely you. The Better Baker was designed so you may have a little fun with your food.
